Organic Growing Methods
We follow organic growing methods from seed planting all the way through to harvest. Our seeds are planted in a mixture of organic soil, peat moss, and worm castings, then up-potted to a mix of compost and organic soil after germination to provide you with vibrant plants that will help get your garden growing!
Our plant sale takes place every May. We really enjoy seeing all the friendly faces each year, hearing about their experience with a new tomato or pepper they tried, and sharing gardening information back and forth.
Vibrant Tomatoes
Every February, we plant thousands of seeds and grow them into strong, healthy tomato starts. We typically have over 100 varieties of tomatoes to choose from, ranging from micro dwarf to beefsteak! Look for your favorite and maybe try a new variety as well.
Spicy & Sweet Peppers
Dan is a pepper fiend and cannot help but plant too many seeds each year, resulting in 100s of peppers to add some flavor to all your dishes! His passion is super hots, but we have the rest covered, too, from sweet peppers all the way on up the Scoville scale!
Herbs & Garden Staples
Looking for cucumbers, melons, squash, or herbs? We offer a wide variety of cucurbits, brassicas, and herbs to round out your garden. Companion planting herbs amongst your vegetables can enhance the flavor of the produce and help with pest control!
